Melissa

It is very difficult to live under the pressure and confusion from codependency and trauma. Experiencing Narcissistic abuse, neglect, trauma bonding or violence in the home is very hard on one’s body, mind and soul.

The trauma interferes with the connections we have with God, ourselves and others. Trauma is stored in the body and if we ignore it, we develop negative coping skills. These patterns cause harm to us and others because we have not yet dealt with them.

I had hard questions that I wanted answers from God about concerning my trauma. I have come to a good place with Him as my trust in Him has grown. He sent me various women to show me a better way to love my husband and children and receive the love that I longed for. I hope to be one of these women for you.

We can work on your goals through the phone or in person. As a positive reinforcement dog trainer, I bring another level of insight, and we can incorporate my dog Riley into an in-person session. And we may possibly be able to include your own dog by phone or in person, depending on your needs.
